Gremlin Graveyard is fun for anyone, and there's plenty of obstacles for those that want to push it a little more. Trailer parking is available on the property, or with business owner permission at the meeting spot.
Directions are provided when you register for the ride.
The NEA4WD requires a dues assesment of $20 per rig, that is in turn donated. We'll accept cash or a check made out to Mohawk 4x4 Adventures, Inc for $20 before or during the driver's meeting. The club collects the assesments and mails a check.
Vehicles must meet our minimum requirements - There is a check list provided during registration.
Massachusetts OHV Registrations
Massachusetts laws, Chapter 90b, require vehicles operated for recreation off-road or on unimproved roads, on public and private property, to be registered as an ATV through the Massachusetts Environmental Police Bureau of Registrations.
Mohawk 4x4 Adventures does not require members to have this completed to participate at this time, but we do highly recommend it. You may be subject to tickets by law enforcement without it and could be ticketed. This is your responsibility to be legal when off-roading in Massachusetts.
Registration is easy to complete by mail, as long as your rig meets the requirement of a valid street registration in your home state. Some registrations require an exemption of sales tax form is submitted along with your vehicle registration. This just proves that you have paid sales tax if it was required and the vehicle is not stolen. Our club does require proper registration in your state, so it should be a straightforward process now.
You receive two decals for your vehicle with your registration number, one expiration date, and a card you must carry with you that is your permit.
